Virginia's 11th congressional district is a U.S. congressional district in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C.. It is made up of most of Fairfax County and Fairfax City. The district is represented by Democrat Gerry Connolly.
