"Who Knew" is a single from American pop rock singer Pink, off her fourth album I'm Not Dead. It's about losing a friend due to abusing drugs. The song was released in 2006, although it was not until 2007 that the single became a hit after being released again following success of Pink's other song U + Ur Hand
