Yoshito Usui (臼井 儀人, Usui Yoshito, April 21, 1958 – September 11, 2009) was a Japanese cartoonist. His most famous work is Crayon Shin-chan. He liked to climb mountains. In 2009, when he climbed the Arafuneyama mountain in Gunma Prefecture, he slipped and died. He was 51 years old.
