Kochel am See is a municipality and a town in Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen, a district (Landkreis) in Upper Bavaria, on the shores of Kochelsee. The municipality consists of the districts Altjoch, Brunnenbach, Ort, Pessenbach, Pfisterberg, Walchensee and Ried.
