Milan "Mejla" Hlavsa (* 6. marec 1951, Praha – † 5. január 2001, Praha) bol český hudobník – basgitarista, skladateľ, významný predstaviteľ undergroundu, disident, zakladateľ a do svojej smrti líder skupiny The Plastic People of the Universe.
