Glenn Hughes (* 21. august 1951, Cannock, Staffordshire, Anglicko, Spojené kráľovstvo), tiež známy ako „The Voice of Rock“, je britský basgitarista a spevák, ktorý v 60. rokoch pôsobil ako frontman skupiny Finders Keepers a vo funk rockovej kapele Trapeze. V polovici 80. rokov pôsobil aj ako hlavný spevák skupiny Black Sabbath a spolu s Davidom Coverdalom sa v 70. rokov (1973 až 1976) pripojil k Deep Purple, kde sa venoval spevu a hre na basgitaru. Celé osemdesiate roky sa zaoberal spoluprácou s inými hudobníkmi. Na Nový rok 1991 nahliadol do "death´s door" ako sám hovorí. Rozhodol sa začať žiť inak. Už za rok vydáva sólový bluesový album. Začína spolupracovať s hudobníkmi po celom svete (J.J. Marsh, Dario Mollo, Chad Smith, Marc Bonilla, Gary Moore, John Norum, Joe Lynn Turner, Tony Iommi a mnoho ďalších). Takmer každý rok sa objavuje aspoň jedno album, na ktorom rôznou mierou spolupracoval. Svoje sólové albumy vydáva v štýle hard rocku s prímesou funky, soulu a blues. V prípadnej spolupráci mu však nerobí problém zaspievať akýkoľvek žáner. V súčasnosti tiež spolupracuje s českou kapelou Monkey Business.
