ริชาร์ด ชาร์ลส ร็อดเจอร์ส (28 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1902 - 30 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1979) นักแต่งเพลง และละครเพลงชาวอเมริกัน มีผลงานแต่งทำนองเพลงมากกว่า 900 เพลง และละครบรอดเวย์ 40 เรื่อง รวมไปถึงเพลงประกอบภาพยนตร์และรายการโทรทัศน์ โดยมีชื่อเสียงจากผลงานร่วมกับนักแต่งคำร้อง ลอเรนซ์ ฮาร์ท ในชื่อ "ร็อดเจอร์ส และฮาร์ท" (Rodgers and Hart) ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1919 - ค.ศ. 1942 และกับออสการ์ แฮมเมอร์สไตน์ที่ 2 ในชื่อ "ร็อดเจอร์ส และแฮมเมอร์สไตน์" (Rodgers and Hammerstein) ระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 1943 - ค.ศ. 1957
