แฮโรลด์ ลาสเวลล์ (13 กุมภาพันธ์ ค.ศ. 1902 – 18 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1978) เป็นนักรัฐศาสตร์ชั้นนำชาวอเมริกัน เป็นนักศึกษาปริญญาเอกแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยชิคาโก และเป็นศาสตราจารย์กฎหมายแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยเยล เป็นประธานสมาคมรัฐศาสตร์ (APSA) ^[1]
