กระเพาะอาหารอักเสบ (อังกฤษ: gastritis) คือภาวะที่มีการอักเสบของเยื่อบุกระเพาะอาหาร อาจเป็นแบบเฉียบพลันหรือแบบเรื้อรังก็ได้ ผู้ป่วยอาจไม่มีอาการใดๆ แต่หากมีอาการส่วนใหญ่จะมีอาการปวดท้อง (แบบอาหารไม่ย่อย) อาการอื่นๆ ที่อาจพบร่วมด้วยได้ ได้แก่ คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน ท้องอืด เบื่ออาหาร แสบกลางอก ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่พบได้ ได้แก่ มีเลือดออกในกระเพาะ แผลในกระเพาะ และเนื้องอกในกระเพาะ หากเป็นการอักเสบจากภูมิต้านตนเองอาจทำให้มีเลือดจางจากการขาดวิตามิน B12 ได้ เรียกว่า โลหิตจางเพอร์นิเชียส
