WWE'nin sahibi Vince McMahon'nun sözünü hiç dinlememesiyle ünlüdür. Çoğu defa patronuyla dolaylı yollardan veya doğrudan tartışmış ve kavgaya dönüşmüştür. Fakat birçok başarıya imza atmıştır. Özellikle 30 güreşçinin yer aldığı Royal Rumble turnuvasını 3 defa kazanması büyük başarıdır. Rakiplerini genellikle Stunner adını verdiği özel bir hareketle yener. Sürekli bira içer ve bazen püskürtür. Güreşten emekli olduktan sonra bazı filmlerde oynamıştır. Emekli olma sebebi ise artık titremeye başlaması ve doktorunun ona güreşmesi için izin vermemesidir.

Emeklilikten sonra profesyonel güreş konusunda başta konuk hakem olmak üzere çeşitli işlerde yer aldı. Steve Austin Cyber Sunday 2007'deki Batista vs The Undertaker maçında hakem olarak yer aldı. Bir sonraki senede yani 2008'de yeniden Cyber Sunday'de Batista vs. Chris Jericho maçında hakem olarak yer aldı. 2009'da WWE Şeref Kürsüsü'ne seçilmiştir. 7 Mart 2011'deki Raw'da, WrestleMania XXVII'de yapılacak Jerry Lawler vs Michael Cole maçına özel hakem oldu. Ayrıca WWE 2K16 isimli oyunun kapağında bulunmaktadır. 3 Nisan 2016'daki WrestleMania 32'de The League of Nations ile The New Day arasında yapılan maçtan sonra maçı kazanan The League of Nations'a Shawn Michaels ve Mick Foley ile beraber saldırmışlardır.
