糉（子弄反），一名角黍，今作粽，以葉裹米爲之。葉多竹、蘆、菰、蒻之屬。所裹者，古以黍米，今多糯米。其間或雜以栗、棗、豬肉、蓮子、香菇等物。
糉之濫觴，眾說紛紜。《禮記》云「天子嘗黍」，糉或發乎是俗。又一說，初屈原自投汨羅江而死，楚人哀之，每至五月五日，以竹筒貯米，投水祭之。是爲筒糉。
