咸陽，位於中華人民共和國陝西省，於陝西八百里秦川腹地，渭水穿南，嵕山亘北，山水俱阳，故称咸陽。咸陽東鄰西安，西北與甘肃接壤。咸陽乃秦漢文化之源。始皇帝定都咸陽。咸陽亦古絲綢之路首驛，通西北之要塞也。
