金墉(英语:Jim Yong Kim,韩语:김용,1959年12月8日—),生于韩国汉城,后移民美国,美籍韩裔医学教授与公共卫生学者,前任世界银行行长,亦是首位亚裔世界银行行长[1]。金墉在出任世界银行行长之前是常春藤达特茅斯学院的第17任校长,是常春藤学校的首位亚裔校长[2][3][4]。

2019年1月7日,金墉宣布他将在同年2月1日辞去世界银行行长的职务。[5][6]
金墉1959年12月[7]8日出生于韩国首尔,5岁时随父母移民至美国爱荷华州的马斯卡廷。他的父亲于爱荷华大学任教牙医学,而他的母亲则取得了哲学博士学位。金墉高中毕业后,只在爱荷华大学读了一年半,然后转往布朗大学就读,并于1982年取得文学士。1991年,从哈佛医学院取得医科博士;1993年于哈佛大学得到人类学系的博士[8]。他是非营利机构“卫生伙伴组织”创始人之一,曾出任世界卫生组织总干事顾问,2004年至2006年任世卫组织艾滋病防治部门主管。2009年7月,他出任达特茅斯学院校长,成为美国常青藤联盟院校首位亚裔校长。[7]
2012年3月23日,美国总统奥巴马宣布提名他为世界银行总裁[9][10]。
2012年4月16日,世界银行宣布任命在韩国出生的美国公民金墉(Dr.Jim Yong Kim)为下一任行长,任期五年[11]。
