亚瑟·亚诺夫

亚瑟·亚诺夫（英语：Arthur Janov，/ˈdʒænəv/，1924年8月21日—2017年10月1日）是美国心理学家、心理治疗师，原始疗法（英语：Primal therapy）的创始者。^[2] 他在加州圣塔莫尼卡主办一个名为原始中心（Primal Center）的心理治疗学院。他最为著名的著作是《原始的呐喊（英语：The Primal Scream）》（1970年）^[1]。

生平

亚瑟·亚诺夫出生于洛杉矶。他在加州大学洛杉矶分校精神社会工作专业中获得学士及硕士学位，并于1960年在克莱蒙研究大学获得心理学博士学位。 他最初在加州实行常规心理治疗。他曾在比佛利山的黑客精神病诊所（Hacker Psychiatric Clinic）做实习，在布伦特伍德精神科医院（Brentwood Neuropsychiatric Hospital）退伍军人事务部工作过。 自1952年以来一直在从事私人执业。

他还在洛杉矶儿童医院的精神科担任工作人员，并参与了他们的身心发展单位。^[3][4] 他曾写道，因他发现了他称之为原始痛苦的东西，他的职业生涯在1967年的某天发生了改变。^[5][6]在治疗期间，亚瑟·亚诺夫曾听到，并描述：“一个奇怪的尖叫声从一个躺在地板上声音低沉的年轻人身上发出。”^[7]
