杰西·亚历山大·赫尔姆斯

杰西·亚历山大·赫尔姆斯（英语：Jesse Alexander Helms，1921年10月18日—2008年7月4日）是美国参议员。在1942年至1970年间，他曾是民主党党员；在1970年后，他转到共和党当党员。
