克莱夫·汉密尔顿（Clive Charles Hamilton）（1953年3月12日—）是一名澳大利亚公共知识分子、应用哲学与公共伦理中心英国哲学教授[1]和查尔斯史都华大学副校长级应用哲学讲座教授。[2]他也是澳大利亚政府的气候变化局成员[3]、澳大利亚智库的创立者和前总监。[1][4] 他经常出现在澳大利亚媒体并且参与公共政策辩论[5]。
教育和学术生涯
汉密尔顿1975年从澳大利亚国立大学取得历史、心理学和纯数学文学士学位，复于1979年从悉尼大学取得经济学一级荣誉学位，并且从萨塞克斯大学发展学研究所取得博士学位[4]。他的博士论文题为‘大韩民国发展的平衡模式’。
著作
他和Sarah Maddison共著有Silencing Dissent: How the Australian Government Is Controlling Public Opinion and Stifling Debate一书，描述澳大利亚政府如何控制民意。
