杰基·凯斯·惠特利（英语：Jackie Keith Whitley[1]，1954年7月1日[1][2]—1989年5月9日），艺名凯斯·惠特利（英语：Keith Whitley），是美国乡村音乐歌手。在其职业生涯，凯斯共有19首单曲登上《告示牌》乡村音乐榜单。
出生于美国肯塔基州爱许兰，凯斯成长于附近的肯塔基州桑迪胡克。凯斯于1970年在当地开始他的事业，在Ralph Stanley的乐队里表演。凯斯于1983年搬往田纳西州纳许维尔并在当地开始了他的录音歌手事业，成为了一名主打蓝草音乐的乐队主唱。他的首支“Top 20 Country Hit”单曲〈Miami, My Amy〉于1986年发行。在他为专辑《L.A. to Miami》巡回演出时，他与乡村歌手Lorrie Morgan结婚。1988年，他的录音室专辑《Don't Close Your Eyes》中的前三支单曲〈Don't Close Your Eyes〉、〈When You Say Nothing at All〉与〈I'm No Stranger to the Rain〉都曾是冠军单曲。他于1989年34岁时去世。他之后的两支单曲〈I Wonder Do You Think of Me〉与〈It Ain't Nothin'〉在他去世之后发行。凯斯持续影响着一代人的歌手与音乐创作人。
