病理学

威利氏环动脉瘤最常发生于前交通动脉^[1]，可能导致视野丧失（英语：visual field loss），如双颞半偏盲（英语：bitemporal hemianopsia）（压迫视交叉）^[2]、精神疾患，以及额叶伤害^[3]。
