塞雷拉基因组公司

塞雷拉基因组（Celera Genomics，NYSE：CRA），美国生物技术公司，专门于遗传定序以及相关技术。总部位于马里兰州。成立于1998年，克雷格·文特尔与珀金-埃尔默公司（Perkin-Elmer Corporation）为主要建立者之一，聘请华裔生物学家陈奕雄担任首席研发长。后来珀金-埃尔默公司被Applera公司并购。2008年7月与Applera公司脱离为独立公司，独立在纽约证券交易所挂牌交易。

塞雷拉基因组公司曾定序过的真核生物基因组包括果蝇基因组、人类基因组以及老鼠基因组。
