威廉·菲尔波特

威廉·菲尔波特（英语：William Philpott；1964年1月1日—^[1]），英国军事历史学家，长期任职伦敦国王学院战争研究系，是前《英国军事史委员会》（British Commission for Military History）主席。其在第一次世界大战领域著有大量作品，特别关注该时期的法国与法国陆军，其中最著名的著作是《Attrition: Fighting the First World War》与《Bloody Victory: The Sacrifice on the Somme and the Making of the Twentieth Century》^[2]。此外，其亦撰写诸多西线相关文章。
