多萝西·安·理查兹（Dorothy Ann Richards，1933年9月1日—2006年9月13日）是美国德克萨斯州一位民主党政治人物，1991年至1995年担任德克萨斯州州长。她是德克萨斯州史上第二位女州长，在同为民主党籍的米丽安·A·费格森之后。
