岛鼠属（Canariomys），哺乳纲、啮齿目、鼠科的一属，而与岛鼠属（岛鼠）同科的动物尚有吕宋鼠属（灰吕宋鼠）、吕宋鼩鼠属（吕宋鼩鼠）、丘鼠属（尾丘鼠）、穹鼠属（穹鼠）等之数种哺乳动物。这个物种居住在加那利群岛，现已灭绝。[1]
目前两个品种予以确认：[2]
- 特内里费巨鼠。
- 大加那利巨鼠。
