康塔尔奶酪（Cantal cheese）产自法国的康塔尔省。康塔尔奶酪外层有着一层灰褐色的外壳，干燥而呈粉状随成熟时间延长而变深色，奶酪肉呈淡黄色，质地紧密平滑，有着牛奶及坚果的香味。
