拉尔夫·托雷斯

拉尔夫·德莱昂·格雷罗·托雷斯（英语：Ralph Deleon Guerrero Torres；1976年8月6日—），是一名北马里亚纳群岛政治人物。他在2014年北马里亚纳群岛总督选举（英语：Northern Mariana Islands gubernatorial election, 2014）当选为北马里亚纳群岛副总督（英语：Lieutenant Governor of the Northern Mariana Islands）^[2]。

2015年12月29日，总督埃洛伊·伊诺斯（英语：Eloy Inos）因心脏外科手术失血过多逝世，托雷斯继任为总督^[3][4]。按照宪法（英语：Northern Mariana Islands Commonwealth Constitution），北马里亚纳群岛参议院（英语：Northern Mariana Islands Senate）参议院议长维克多·洪松（英语：Victor Hocog）继任为副总督^[5]。

托雷斯批准了一项“公共法律19-42”法案，令市民在购买手枪时需缴付1,000美元消费税，是美国首项手枪税^[6]。
