普莱桑斯区（法语：Plaisance，法语发音：[plɛzɑ̃s]）是塞舌尔的25个行政区之一，位于主岛马埃岛的中部，北毗贝莱尔区、蒙弗勒里区和印度洋，东临罗什凯曼区和莱马梅勒区，南接马埃岛格朗当斯区，西邻格洛港区，面积为3平方公里，2002年居民人数是3,399。
