东尼罗州（英语：Eastern Nile）南苏丹曾经的一个州[1]，位在该国东北部。人口746,710人（2014年），首府马拉卡勒，下辖11郡。2017年，东尼罗州拆分为中上尼罗州（Central Upper Nile State）与北上尼罗州（Northern Upper Nile State）。
