正点率

正点率（On-time performance，OTP）是指一家公共汽车、铁路或航空公司于一定时间段内发出的班次中准时班次（或是误差小于指定时间）的百分比。交通工具的正点率越高，表示其准时的比例越高。在许多运输系统中，正点率是其运输效能的重要指标。
