农业、渔业和林业部（英语：Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry，简称：DAFF）是澳大利亚联邦政府的部门，成立于2022年7月1日，前身为农业、水和环境部（英语：Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment）。农业、渔业和林业部负责提升澳大利亚本地的农业、渔业和林业，维持并创造新的农业出口机会，管理生物安全风险^[1]。
