磬 (法器)

磬（拼音：qìng，注音：ㄑㄧㄥˋ，古同“罄”），佛教寺院中所使用的一种乐器和法器，也叫做法磬、僧磬。

佛教音乐可以分为赞、偈、咒、诵四大类，其中有韵咒常以磬来伴奏。

现在瑜伽圈另称颂钵，除了是法器之外，现代的声频治疗（属另类疗法）根据印度人体脉轮的观念，引入作为治疗方法之一^[1]。此法据说是在印度至喜马拉亚一带广为流行。

音色

磬子

音色由空灵清脆至雄浑低沉，叠叠余音，彷如空谷回响。又因材料（七种合金），磬（钵子）大小形状及壁厚而不同，不同的人有不同喜好，不是愈高音或愈低音就愈好。
