蜘蛛蟹科（Majidae）是蜘蛛蟹总科下的一个科，其下有约200种海生蟹，其背壳的长比宽大得多，在顶端形成尖状。 其中某些种的腿很长，貌似蜘蛛，这也是它们被称作“蜘蛛蟹”的缘故。其外骨骼上有毛发可以吸附水藻等形成伪装。
