贾斯汀·摩利尔（英语：Justin Smith Morrill，1810年4月14日—1898年12月28日）是前美国众议院（1855年至1867年）和佛蒙特州联邦参议员（1867年至1898年）。贾斯汀·摩利尔最有名的贡献分别是通过土地拨赠法案和为许多国立大学及学院建立联邦基金。
