鲁依鲁是东非国家肯雅的城镇，由中部省负责管辖，距离首都奈罗比25公里，面积292平方公里，海拔高度1,500米，该地区大量种植咖啡，2005年人口估计超过220,000。由于地处首都近郊，为其卫星城，所以鲁依鲁的人口增长迅速。
