1976年地方政府法令（马来语：Akta Kerajaan Tempatan 1976；英语：Local Government Act 1976）是马来西亚国会制定的一项法令，旨在修订和整合有关地方政府的法律。

序言
鉴于为了确保法律和政策的一致性，制定一项关于地方政府的法律是权宜之计：
结构
截至2012年12月1日，《1976年地方政府法令》现行版本共分为16个部分，包含166个条文及2个附表（包括7次修正案）：
- 第一部分：初步（Preliminary）
- 第二部分：地方政府行政（Administration of Local Authorities）
- 第三部分：地方政府官员与雇员（Officers and Employees of Local Authorities）
- 第四部分：事务处理（Conduct of Business）
- 第五部分：一般财务规定（General Financial Provisions）
