HD 46375b是一个距离地球约109光年的系外行星，位于麒麟座，母恒星是HD 46375。

概要
HD 46375b和鲸鱼座79b一起发现于2000年3月29日，而这两颗行星是首批发现环绕主序星的质量低于土星的系外行星。HD 46375b属于热木星，距离母恒星相当近，大约只有太阳和水星距离的十分之一。因为无法观测到该行星对母恒星的凌日现象，因此它的轨道倾角一定小于83°。因为目前仍不知道其轨道倾角实际值，至今仍无法得知它的真实质量。
