柏斯敦（英语：Plaxton）是英国一间巴士及客车车身制造厂，现时隶属亚历山大丹尼士。
历史
Plaxton在1907年成立，初为建筑行业，第一次世界大战后开始出汽车车身。第二次世界大战期间，Plaxton生产停顿，改为制造军用飞机。
1980年，巴士车身制造厂Reeve Burgess成为Plaxton附属公司，后来Reeve Burgess推出Beaver小巴车身及Pointer中型巴士车身，两款车身均在市场上取得成功。1991年Plaxton关闭Reeve Burgess并把该两款车身收归己有。
Plaxton与同属巴士车身制造厂的都普为以前的对手，1989年Plaxton收购多款都普产品的生产权，同年，Plaxton收购Henlys，易名为Plaxton集团，1992年再易名为Henlys集团，但Plaxton牌子就继续保留。
1995年，Henlys集团收购Northern Counties，并于1999年以Plaxton完全取代Northern Counties。
2001年，Henlys集团与拥有丹尼士车厂及亚历山大车身公司的Mayflower Corporation合组成TransBus International，Plaxton品牌名称由TransBus取代。2004年3月31日，TransBus连同其大股东Mayflower Corporation一同被接管。同年5月17日，TransBus客车及小巴车身生产业务（包括位于Anston及Scarborough的厂房）被管理层收购，并恢复使用Plaxton名称。Plaxton独立之后，于2005年重推城市巴士。
2007年5月，Plaxton被亚历山大丹尼士收购，与原有TransBus的业务复合[1]。同年稍后，亚历山大丹尼士Enviro 200车身生产线迁往Plaxton在Scarborough的厂房。
2010年1月1日起，Plaxton公司完全并入亚历山大丹尼士的公司架构之内，而Plaxton品牌名称则保留[2]。
