伊朗人种，又称“伊朗-阿富汗人种”，是高加索人种的分支，包括了居住在大伊朗地区的种族，即伊朗，阿富汗，巴基斯坦西部等地的居民。由于学者的观念上的差异，部分学者将其关联于北欧人种或者地中海人种。
