卡尔洛沃（保加利亚语︰Карлово）是保加利亚中部普罗夫迪夫州的历史重要小镇，座标42°38′N 24°48′E，海拔386米，位于巴尔干山脉以南、首都索菲亚以东140公里、普罗夫迪夫以北60公里，2005年人口28,321。卡尔洛沃有温暖的夏天和下雪的冬天，一月平均温度摄氏0.1度，七月平均温度摄氏22.9度，平均每年降雨量694毫米。
