国际气象节（International Weather Festival），由法国气象预报员Francois Fandeux于1991年创立，定于每年的2月10日举办，首次气象节在巴黎附近的伊西莱穆利诺举行[1]，当时有超过16个国家的25个电视台共同参加，来自世界各地的气象专家、学者，会以参加气象节的电视台中，评出优秀的气象节目、气象小姐和气象先生。
