经历
金显宗之子。与完颜琮是同母兄弟，母田氏，后封裕陵充华。完颜瑰少说话，但擅长骑射、女真大字、女真小字。大定二十二年（1182年）被封崇国公，到其弟金章宗即位后就封为瀛王，至明昌三年（1192年）去世。
完颜瑰下葬时，金章宗哭得很厉害，指出他在兄弟之中最为忠孝和善，他早死实在应该哀悼。
