李潢（？—？），字云门[1]，湖北省安陆府钟祥县人，清朝政治人物，数学家。
乾隆三十六年（1771年）辛卯恩科进士，累升庶子[2]。乾隆五十四年，任山西乡试副考官[2]、侍讲学士[3]。乾隆五十四年，任内阁学士[3]。乾隆五十七年，任江南乡试副考官[4]、浙江学政。乾隆六十年，任兵部右侍郎[5]。嘉庆元年，任会试副考官[6]、武会试知武举[6]。嘉庆二年，任江西学政[7]。嘉庆三年，任兵部左侍郎[8]。次年，任翰林院编修[9]。著有《九章算术细草图说》九卷，《海岛算经》一卷。
