第三度房室传导阻滞(3° AV Block)，又称为完全性房室传导阻滞(Complete Block)，指心房的激动波无法传入房室结。在此时，心室需自行发出激动波来使心室收缩。

可将人工节律器植入并发出激动波使心室收缩。因为心室发出的激动波速率只有30~40次/分，会造成脑缺氧，故需将人工节律器植入使收缩正常。
