贞元（元年：1153年三月 - 末年：1156年正月）是金海陵王的第二个年号。海陵王使用贞元这个年号一共四年。

天德五年三月辛亥日（公元1153年4月17日），海陵王到达燕京。乙卯日（公元1153年4月21日），下诏正式迁都自上京到燕京。改元贞元。改燕京为中都大兴府，汴京为南京，中京为北京。

贞元四年二月癸酉朔日（二月初一，公元1156年2月23日），改元正隆，大赦。
