本列表记述的是纪录中体重最重的人，该列表包含人物的姓名、最重体重、生卒年，及寿命。该表仅记录体重高于440公斤者，相当于一辆轻型轿车的重量。铃木Alto汽车甚至比纪录上世界上最重的人轻100 kg，即共有7人处于最重体重时比该车还重。
