中国进口汽车贸易有限公司，简称中进汽贸（英语：China Automobile Trading Company Limited），国机汽车股份有限公司属下机构，是在1993年成立，主要业务进口汽车批发、汽车零售及贸易服务，现任董事长丁宏祥。
1999年，被中国机械工业集团有限公司收购本集团，已被国务院批准。除此之外，2011年11月18日，鼎盛天工借壳上市。
