假单胞菌界[4]（学名：Pseudomonadati）是一个包含大约三分之一原核生物物种的一个界，其中大部分是革兰氏阴性细菌及其亲属[3]。它是更大的细菌界——芽孢杆菌界的近亲，而芽孢杆菌大多是革兰氏阳性细菌[5][3]。
