奥斯卡·秦齐亚

奥斯卡·斯图亚多·秦齐亚·古兹曼（西班牙语：Óscar Stuardo Chinchilla Guzmán，1969年10月21日—^[1]），瓜地马拉政治人物，前国会议长（英语：List of Presidents of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala）。
