康沃尔雅格芝士（Cornish Yarg）产自英国的康沃尔郡。雅格芝士由一位名为加里（Gary）的芝士生产者根据老配方更良而成，因此这种芝士被命名为Yarg，其为Gary的反向拼写。雅格芝士的外层由异株荨麻的叶子制成，所以雅格芝士带有植物性的香草味。
