日本奥地纪行

《日本奥地纪行》（英语：Unbeaten Tracks in Japan、日语：日本奥地紀行 Nihon Okuchi Kikō */?），是由英国女作家、探险家伊莎贝拉·博儿（Isabella Bird）编写的旅行日记，纪录1878年在日本旅行的生活[1]，当时47岁[2]。最初由约翰·默里出版社（John Murray）于1880年发行两本，之后在1885年出版两本合一的删节修订版。
本书描写博儿与日本口译员伊藤鹤吉于1878年6月到9月从东京到北海道（当时为虾夷）的旅行经过，并详细记载了日本的房子、服装、自然环境，也提到他们在旅行途中经历初期的明治维新。也描述了许多当地原住民阿伊努人的生活。
