本·韦德

本·韦德OC CQ CD（英语：Canadian Forces' Decoration）（英语：Benjamin "Ben" Weider，1923年2月1日—2008年10月17日），健美界人物，跟胞兄一同创立国际健美总会，至2006年10月29日都是该会主席^[1][2][3]。他在第二次世界大战期间曾经服役加拿大陆军。
