柱孢藻属

柱孢藻属（学名：Cylindrospermum）为念珠藻科的一属蓝藻，是一种在陆地和水生环境中发现的丝状（英语：Cyanobacterial morphology）蓝藻属。在陆地生态系统中，柱孢藻属存在于土壤中；在水生生态系统中，它通常作为水生植物上的附生藻（英语：Periphyton）（periphyton）的一部分进行生长。该属为异形细胞（英语：Heterocyst）固氮蓝藻。^[2]
